I have multiple roku TV or devices and would like to have a different selection of apps on each.
Is this possible?
For example I may add a roku box of some kind to an old non-smart tv. Since that will be used infrequently I only want a couple apps on there
The only way to do it is to link the TVs to different Roku accounts. Any app added/removed from one Roku device will be added/removed from every device linked to the same Roku account.
That's a little ridiculous to have a different account on every TV.
I will go back to my Android TV boxes.
Roku is very disappointing and way to limited .
Roku needs to let the devices be on one account and let the devices be different. I'm tired of having to "fix" a "broken app" yeah they couldn't figure out that they went into the wrong profile in various apps... Because synching moved the cursor from their profile... Mostly mentioning this because hoping they fix this.
Side note: I had just upgraded my rokus and this wasn't a problem before so why did it change
