Delay when fast forwarding or rewinding live tv.

I use my Roku Ultra 2024 mostly to watch DirecTV stream using their app.   My issue started about a month ago, and predominantly only with live tv.   I have seen it very rarely on dvr shows, but 99.99% it's live tv.    When I fast forward or rewind through buffer as I stop the forward/rewind process it shows a black screen with a circle and says "Your Video is Loading.  Please be Patient" for about 20 seconds before it resumes playing, and it plays at the end of the buffer, not where I stopped it.   I've been troubleshooting this with DirecTV for weeks and nothing has fixed it so far.   Modem/router has been rebooted,  Internet connection shows signal as Excellent and wireless speed at 358Mbps.   I've rebooted the Roku multiple times.  I've deleted and reinstalled the DirecTV app.   Logged out and back in again.   I don't have any other live tv service to test.   Does this sound like a Roku device issue or DirecTV issue?   Everything plays great as long as no fast forward or rewind is involved.    My internet is giving no trouble for anything else and Speedtest speed and ping are good so I don't think it's my internet itself.  Either Directv or Roku.

    It looks like you’re having an issue with Live TV on the DirecTV app. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot and fix it.

    To take a closer look, could you send us a video recording of the issue? Also, have you tried updating the app? If not, highlight the app and press the Star (*) button, then select Update now.
