Customer support won’t answer the phone
I have tried all day to speak to customer support rep and keep getting different numbers that NO ONE ANSWERS. please call me back or answer the phone.

Most phone numbers you find online for "Roku" will lead you to scammers. Roku makes it very, very difficult to actually speak to someone. Start at https://support.roku.com/contactus and look for the chat option. It may not be available for all issues.
