Starting Backdrops with Alexa is not working

I have my Roku Ultra connected with my Alexa, and I can power on and off my Roku and launch certain apps with voice commands. However, I'm not able to start Backdrops. Whenever I ask Alexa, "Alexa, start Backdrops on Roku" she thinks for a second and then says something like "Hmm, I can't seem to find that skill". I can start Backdrops with my voice using the Roku remote - just not through Alexa. Has anyone else had this issue?

    It seems like you have an issue with the Alexa skill not starting the backdrop. 

    Heads up, the Roku skill for Alexa does not support all Roku Voice capabilities. You can use it to launch an app or even turn on and off the TV; however, there is a limitation, and that includes the "Start Backdrop" on Roku.
