YouTube is not one of them. I don't use YouTube on my Roku players, but my grandson does and I set up a kids account for him to use on that specific app. What I don't know is if there's a way to block him from selecting my account instead of his. I didn't look into this as as have trust in him to not do so, as well as Grandma and I being close by anyway. But I did just check the YouTube app on my Ultra and you can set up what Google calls a Parent Code. The only way to open the adult account is by entering the PIN, but the Kids account is available to them.
So, can you stop them from accessing YouTube without entering a code? The answer is no on Roku devices. But you can block them from accessing YouTube unrestricted content. They will only be able to access kid-friendly content.
