Channel selection page won't show
My TV is stuck in the cycle that tells you to reconnect to your wifi network and won't go to the channel selection page after it says it's reconnected.

We noticed that the channels aren't showing, even though your device is connected to the network. Just to confirm, are you referring to Live TV channels or the apps on the home screen that are not showing? Also, could you send us a picture showing the issue?
