If you are using a Roku device connected to a TV via HDMI, then you will need to use your TV's remote (not the Roku remote) to toggle 'Inputs' between your Roku and Dish. On your TV remote, look for a button that says Source, or Input, or something similar. (this is the same button that will allow you to switch to your Antenna channels as well).
If you are using a RokuTV, you need to select the appropriate HDMI Input from the Home Screen. If you do not see it on the Home Screen amongst your installed channels/apps, then go to Settings/TV Inputs and 'enable' the HDMI Input by selecting it. (you can rename the Input under Settings/TV Inputs/Rename to make it easier to keep track of.
