I honestly don’t know. I’m happy to check if you tell me how. Sorry
Go to Settings, System, Software update. Hit Enter, and it will show you the Software version and Build number.

Try resetting your network connection.
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- Select Settings
- Select Advanced system settings
- Select Network connection reset
- Select Reset connection
If that does not work, I would also suggest trying a system restart or unplugging the power to the device for 30 to 60 seconds and see if that helps.

That doesn't solve the problem. It worked fine with Build 7708. The problem arose once I upgraded to Build 7709. Now neither stick will establish a network connection to the router.

Are you receiving an error number? Unclear if seeing network but refusing to connect, or not seeing network.
The newer Roku updates have changed their on-screen network/internet checks. (sometimes just a coincidence when things break, but not always).
If you haven't already, try removing or changing the SSID wireless password (your network's wifi password) and eliminate any special characters, if changing. Then restart both the router and the Roku device and try to connect again.
If still no-go, try connecting to a mobile hotspot if available. (this should help determine if you have a hardware issue or a network issue).

I can't get to settings. I'm stuck in an endless loop of immediately being asked for language, then is searches (and finds) my network and then it wont/cant connect. Error code is 14.30
I've done the factory reset. Same outcome.
