Check out these troubleshooting steps:
Go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart to restart your Roku device. If you don't see the Power option, skip that step. After restarting, try connecting to the Roku mobile app again.
Turn on "Device Connect" by navigating to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Device Connect. After that, reconnect the Roku app to your TV.

It seems that the issue persist after performing all the troubleshooting steps provided.
We want to investigate this issue further and will pass it along to the right team to check it out. Please provide the following:
- Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About):
- Tracker ID and GC version (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs):
- Roku App version:
- Mobile Phone Model and its software version:
