    Sorry, no. Roku voice remotes can only control the power and volume of (most) TVs.

I have the Roku Pro 65" TV with voice remote and a TiVo Roamio box and found the code 0091 controls both my Roku TV and the TiVo perfectly. Not exactly the scenario you have, but wanted to post this code for anyone who needs it as it took a while to find the right code.

This worked for me as well!  Thanks for posting this here -- I was having trouble tracking this information down.  A lot of sites said it wasn't possible, or gave inscrutable information for trying to find the code.  Turned out 0091 works perfectly.
