Can’t connect to older Hisense

  • I have an older Hisense that will not connect with the tv to control the volume or turn off and on. It works for everything else but I lost the remote and NEED to be able to control the volume. I have done the remote setup several times and looked on Roku community forum but idk what else to try. 
    It is NOT a Roku or a smart tv. It’s just a LED LCD tv. Model 32H3B1
