How are you attempting to connect it? Via HDMI?
How did you connect it to your previous TV?

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying is the problem. Please describe the issue you're having with cable not being able to connect to your Roku TV.

I have an account with spectrum, which used to be listed on my home page in ROKU. It is no longer listed, so I cannot get to my Spectrum tv

I don't have a wire to connect my cable box to an HDMI input however I've connected the cable box through the Antenna/Cable input which is how I connected it on my old TV.

Cable boxes connected that way must be accessed via the Antenna/Live TV option on the Roku TV. The cable box likely has its output on either channel 3 or 4, so you have to set the TV tuner to display the proper channel.

And to add... if that cable box has an HDMI output do yourself a favor and get an HDMI cable to connect it to your TV.
