Bluetooth Headphones Options Disappeared

Where did the option to add wireless headphones go???? It was literally there last night. I just tried to talk to support, and the person kept going in circles and straight up tried to gaslight me saying it never existed.

Why rollback this feature!? I bought this device specifically for that feature- not to use the mobile app!

    Hi silverxpup,

Welcome to the Roku Community, and thanks for alerting us to this issue with the wireless headphone option.

We'd like to learn more and see what exactly is going on here. A few things to take note of: if you're connecting the Streambar with a Roku TV system and disconnecting it, it will automatically disable or remove the option for the Wireless headphones feature. Or if this isn't the setup, can you tell us if there are some recent changes that might be related to this?

We would also recommend performing a system restart, by navigating to Settings > System > Power (if available) System restart, then try again and see if that helps.

If the problem persists, please report back here along with the details below.

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
    • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).

    We'll be anticipating your update.

    Thanks,
    Rey

rick3390, there are a few models with the name "Ultra".  Only the 4800 series supports Bluetooth headphones.
