Back button doesn't work right out the box.

I bought this Roku 3 hours ago and I was so excited to use it. I will be returning it tomorrow because the back button did not work right out the box. I've tried resetting it I've tried repairing it I've tried all their help sites there is no information on how to fix it. It's going back to the store. Another disappointment from technology. I'm going to stick with my Amazon fire Stick.

    The back button on the Amazon remote looks like the Instant Reply on the Roku remote.  On the Roku remote, the Back button is next to the Home button at the top of the remote.
