Thanks for reaching out to the Roku community!
We would recommend removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

The channel is on the Direct TV Stream services. I have already uninstalled and installed back the app and nothing happen. Any other suggestions?? Can you please replay to my email [personal information removed]
