Was able to resolve this by searching for a new code. The code listed for the TCL and Phillips Roku TV types on the Xfinity website no longer work after the 12.5 update, but this did:

If it has a Setup button:

    1. Turn on your TV.
    2. Press and hold Setup until the light at the top of the remote changes from red to green.
    3. Enter 9-9-1. The light should flash green twice.
    4. Keep pressing CH ^ until the TV turns off.
    5. Once the TV turns off, press Setup to lock in the code.
    6. Press the TV power button on the remote. If the TV turns on, you're all set!

This got things back to happy. Posting for anyone else having the same issue.

Try code 12049 or if it only takes four-digit codes 2049.
