32 " Onn Roku Tv will not connect to remote app

I have an Onn Roku Tv and had the official Roku app on my phone , Never A Problem . 

 

I had to get a new phone and Now it Will not connect to my phone . I've tried everything I know to do and everything I've read to do . The original physical remote my puppy Ate . I go into my account to connect the remote app and phone , says No Device Detected . I go into my account and under devices on this account , it shows my 32" Onn Roku Tv but it won't connect . So I've been stuck on local ch 3 all day and even tried all Roku remote apps and none will connect .

    oNN is a Wal-Mart brand.  You can get a replacement Roku TV remote there.  Make sure it is a Roku TV remote --Roku DEVICES use a different code set.

      I have a brand new Roku remote . But My Ignorant *&$ read to do a factory reset on the TV . Well before I thought about it , I did and now it's at the beginning of set up mode and I don't have a remote to walk it through . Any Advice ?
