Video will just buffers and won't refresh

So I'm at work and trying to watch the video but it won't refresh just buffers. I tried restarting and turning on and off with no improvement. How do I fix it?

  • I have two cameras. Basic models. They connected and when home work fine. It's happening with both of them. No error message just the wheel moving but not refresh

    If the video just keeps buffering and won’t refresh, it’s usually a connection or browser hiccup. Try clearing your browser cache, switching to a different browser, or checking your internet speed at work. Also, see if any VPN or firewall at work might be slowing the stream.
