Video Doobell gets Unrecognized Notifications

I keep getting notifications that an unidentified person is remotely accessing my doorbell camera. How can I stop people from hacking into it?

Two-step verification is a handy feature in the Roku Smart Home app that gives your account a little extra protection. Each time you sign in, you’ll get a one-time code sent via text, just to make sure it’s you. Simple, but effective for keeping your smart home secure.

My doorbell chime was hacked often. Now it does not show anything but a black screen on every time stamp..

Mt doorbell chime with camera does not work..the screen is black and it does not show every time. Hours are cut off completely.
