Unable to add Indoor Camera to Roku Smart Home app

I stopped using cameras for awhile.   Deleted from my roku account.   Now I want to set them up again in a new home, but when I plug in and try to add new device the light stays blue and won't go through process of adding new camera.   Is there a reset that needs done?  Help...

    1. Make sure your Roku Smart Home app is up to date.
    2. Reset your Camera
    3. Set up again by visiting this link

      I just was able to connect after reinstalling app and rebooting cameras.   Thank you
