Unable to add Indoor Camera to Roku Smart Home app

I stopped using cameras for awhile.   Deleted from my roku account.   Now I want to set them up again in a new home, but when I plug in and try to add new device the light stays blue and won't go thr...

    We understand that you're having trouble setting up Roku Cameras again. Let's see if this works for you.

    1. Make sure your Roku Smart Home app is up to date.
    2. Reset your Camera
    3. Set up again by visiting this link

I just was able to connect after reinstalling app and rebooting cameras.   Thank you
