Smart bulb color won't change color

So I've had 2 smart color bulbs for a while and now they won't change color. They worked just fine before but now they're stuck on green. I've tried factory resetting by turning off the lamps 3 times...

    Hey everyone,

    experiencing issues with their Roku Smart Bulbs not changing color.

    Here are a few things to try:

    • Reset the bulb: Turn the bulb off and on 3 times quickly.
    • Relaunch the Smart Home app: Uninstall and reinstall the Roku Smart Home app.
    • Relocate the bulb: Try plugging the bulb into a different outlet.

    If the issue persists, please:

      I have had two of these lights for just over two weeks and now appear to not respond to the app or anything set up goes well and smooth and appears to be connected properly but don’t change color brightness or turn on or off

      i want a replacement or the problem fixed I love these but 2 weeks really
