Roku Video Doorbell won't stay connected to WiFi
Our video doorbell won't stay connected to the WiFi. It connected for like a week after we got it. Then would only take pictures no videos. Factory reset multiple times. It will connect at first but ...

Let's see if this will work for you.
- Make sure the Roku Smart Home app and doorbell firmware are up to date.
- Resetup the Roku Wire-Free Video Doorbell
You do not need to remove your smart home device from the mobile app to set it up again. Simply follow the steps below and see if that resolves your issue.
- Open the Home screen
- Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar
- Select Add device
- Select your device category and then select a device
- Follow the on-screen instructions
