Thank you for posting your concern about the Roku TV Camera app, where you can't view the live stream.
Quick questions — what's the exact behavior when you've tried to view the live stream? Are you getting any errors?
Let's see if this works for you.
- Check the Camera app for updates: Highlight the app > Press the star (*) button on your Roku remote > Check for updates
- Remove app
- System restart
- Add again
