Roku Smart Camera still not working

My Smart camera 360 worked fine all day. As soon as I get home there is a cloud next to my camera. I have done every single thing to troubleshoot and it did not work. I restarted, I unplugged for 10 seconds, I factory restart, I deleted the camera and pushed the setup. It worked for a quick second then the cloud came back and shutdown. Now what? Frustrated.
