Roku Camera won't scan QR code

1st camera set up easily. 2nd says ready to connect but won't scan QR code. Lens and phone screen have been cleaned and don't look marred. Tried to reset twice by holding in setup button for 10 sec after plugging in the camera to no avail. Also have a third Roku Se camera working perfectly that was set up months ago.

    Thanks for letting us know about your issue setting up the Roku camera. We're here to help.

    Follow the details below:

    1. For scanning the code, hold your camera about 5 inches from your phone or tablet screen for at least 5 seconds. 
    2. In daylight, block bright light and increase your screen brightness. In dark conditions, lower your screen brightness. 
    3. If more than 5 minutes have passed, please restart the process, as the QR code is only valid for 5 minutes.
