Roku Battery SE Cameras Not Connecting During Setup

I bought three of these cameras, as I'm a mom of an autistic toddler, and he kept unplugging his ring camera. Two of them set up just fine. The third one was clearly returned by a previous customer as it was sealed with tape and packaged differently (all three bought/shipped by Walmart). The one that was clearly returned will not setup no matter what. I have restarted my modem, upgrade my internet, made sure we were running on the 2.4/hz for mobile/smart devices, everything I have seen the forums say and nothing. Extremely frustrating as I bought the last three available and can't return it for another one.

However, not even sure I want another one, and may just try to figure out how to utilize ring again. I liked that I could watch the cameras on the TV while I am working from home and keep an eye on my kiddo. However, the battery does not last as long as advertised. It said six months, and it's not lasting more than 2 days.

More than disappointed to say the least. I thought it would be a trusted brand since we have 5 roku TVs, but it's just really disheartening to spend $150 + subscriltions and then the cameras not do what they said, and one not even being able to be set up.
