Roku Battery Camera SE Stopped working

I bought a roku baterry camera SE from Walmart in May. So its just like 4 months ago, and the camera battery ran out so I brought it inside to get it charged.  This is the 3rd time I charged these cameras and the last two times I charged them, everything went fine. This third time however 2 of the cameras stopped working completely. I tried everything in the book, from leaving it charging all night to factory rest both by pressing the restart button that's at the base of the camera right next to the charging port. Nothing happened. I spent over 100 dollars for this two cameras and Walmart said no for returning them because the return policy expired and dumb me didn't buy a warranty coverage. I don't know what to do anymore and I don't want to throw them in the trash 😤💔. Unfortunately there are no videos on what to do regarding these specific brand for the roku cameras. Please help!!!!!

    Greetings! sandyaguilar

Looks like your Roku Battery Cameras' battery life is not lasting as long as you expected, and 2 of them stopped working.

For the working Camera, you can try lowering the detection settings if it is going off and recording a lot. Also, if you are doing live view frequently, that will also drain the battery. A solar panel may be a good suggestion, too.

For the remaining 2 Cameras that are not working, make sure you're using a charger with a minimum output of 5V 1 amp (1000 milliamps). It's highly suggested to use one with 5V 2 amp. Also, make sure to only use a good-quality charger.

Let us know if that helps!
