Light strip will not show certain colors

My light strip will not show up the colors red yellow orange purple pink etc how do I fix this i already tried resetting it powering off and all the other stuff they said in the website but it will not work

    We understand that your Roku Smart Light Strips won't light up any color. No worries, help is here.

    Let's see if this will work for you.

    1. Confirm the strip is properly connected to the controller.
    2. Make sure the controller is properly connected to the power adapter.
    3. Try turning it on using the remote.
    4. Try plugging it into a different power outlet.
    5. If already set up, check to ensure the “Power Loss Recovery” setting is set to “Turn the lights on”.
