- Confirm the strip is properly connected to the controller.
- Make sure the controller is properly connected to the power adapter.
- Try turning it on using the remote.
- Try plugging it into a different power outlet.
- If already set up, check to ensure the “Power Loss Recovery” setting is set to “Turn the lights on”.
