Indoor Camera can't view live stream & turn camera on/off

my camera is working and recording, but I cannot view. The live stream just keeps trying to load or will not let me turn it on and off on the app. I have deleted the camera clear the catch on the app...

Same issue here!

Everything else works.  Power to camera and it's even recording to the SD Card, etc.

But I can't view the live stream.  Getting Error Code -20.

Also can't view live stream on Roku Camera channel on my Roku on my HDTV.
