Solved

I can't connect my roku cameras to my onn roku tv.

I am experiencing some difficulties with my onn Roku TV, as I am unable to view the live feed from my Roku cameras. My Hisense Roku TV works perfectly with the cameras. The onn TV is a recent purchase. I have ensured that all software, including the Roku camera app, is updated. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Despite these efforts, I am still unable to see the live feed, although I can view the recorded events. I have attempted to disconnect and reconnect the cameras, as well as restart the TV, but the issue persists.

  • Hi, Sadie65

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you're having trouble viewing the live feed of your Roku cameras from your Roku TV. I'm here to provide a step that can help.

    • Restart your smart home device: From the Settings menu for the camera or doorbell having the issue, tap Restart and wait a moment to try again.

Please try this one and see how it works.

I returned my ONN television and purchased a Philips model, but unfortunately, the problem persists. Although I can view the camera feeds, they remain stuck on a spinning loading screen when I attempt to display them. I have ensured that all software, including the application, is up to date. The cameras function correctly with my Hisense television, confirming that the cameras and internet connection are operational. I have tried unplugging the cameras for a period of time, but this has not resolved the issue. It is quite perplexing that one television works while two others do not. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this problem.

I will not mark it as a "SOLUTION"....... nothing that I have read that you guys say to do "Does Not Work". Hope you figure out what is wrong and fix it. It's not on my side, it's your side....

Thank you for fixing the problem. I turned my Philips Roku TV on and tried the cameras and they work. Thank you again.
