Customer Support is dysfunctional

 Roku has done nothing but tell me lies for the past 10 days   They said they called and got disconnected     Call logs show No incoming calls from Roku   Then they claim software issue   Now they claim firmware issue      Then they claim Replace hardware of theirs Replacing hardware does not fix the software issue preventing me from reinstalling  camera     They tried to play me for stupid   I will never again buy a Roku product of any kind and this is why.  They o nothing but lie    Check Trustpilot .com and you will find many others that have ben lied to by Roku   I have filed complaints with FTC  FCC   BBB and California State AG's office where Roku HQ is located  I plan to put these Sons of a female dog out of business  of selling home motoring system of any kind  They done messed with the wrong person
