Camera only takes pictures and sometimes says no video was downloaded or avai

I have noticed when reviewing my videos from my Roku camera that when my roommate has a friend come by that my camera only takes pictures and sometimes says no video was downloaded or available this happens EVERY time this person comes over even if she stays in her car. What is she doing or what does she have that is interfering with the camera recording? Is she possibly jamming my signal while she’s there? Every other event records normally no problems so I know she’s doing something just not sure exactly what? Anyone noticed this same issue? If not any suggestions? I’ve changed my password often just in case.

    Hi Csatterfield24 and GFYSRKYU,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We'd be more than glad to assist. From here, we recommend following this step to restart your Roku indoor camera.

Use the following steps to restart your Roku Indoor Camera SE or Roku Indoor Camera 360 SE.

    1. Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera.
    2. Wait 10 seconds.
    3. Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera.

After performing these steps, kindly check if you're still experiencing the same issue. Additionally, providing us with the clip of the said "interference" would greatly help. Kindly keep us posted!

    All the best,
    Janadee
