Audio quality camera microphone

Static when i try to listen to my camera feeds, is there something wrong with the camera microphone

    It likely indicates a problem with the camera's microphone or the connection between the camera and your network. Let's see if this will work.

    1. Firmware Updates
      Check for available firmware updates for both your Roku camera and Roku app.
    2. Check the camera's microphone
      Check for anything that might block the camera's microphone, such as dust, debris, or a cover.
    3. Test your Wi-Fi range.
      > Tap Home 
       
      from the navigation bar
      > Select your device
      > Tap Settings 
       
      in the corner
      > Select Device info
      > Check the three bars 
       
      to see the signal quality
       If your device has no bars or one bar, try moving or mounting it closer to your router.
    4. Restart your Camera.
