Does Direct Publisher Support the COPPA (for kids) Flag?

Does Roku Direct Publisher allow content to be flagged as for kids so only COPPA compliant ads are used? Also, if you have a kids channel, are many ads appearing on your content? Pulled my channel down about a year ago and am considering relaunching. In the past, I had decent traffic, but few ads.
