Does it really take 3 months for ROKU support to help you?

Does anyone knows a better roku developer support email that you can get help from them in several days not months?

  • I'm my experiences, you'd be better off posting your question/problem here or on the Roku Slack server.  There's plenty of developers on this site that may be able to help you.

  • It can take a few days before Partner Success to give their summary response and if you're trying to carry on a conversation with the person, forget about it.  To catch their attention maybe use extreme measures like putting ALL CAPS  in the subject line along with *** marks, etc.  Summarize your problem then give full details in one message.  You want the worker to take what you've provided and be able to do something with that in one response.  If you're leaving a message like "I need help with my channel feed" but include nothing else, you can expect any delays to totally your fault.  Help them out a bit.

They use zendesk, so it’s a list of tickets. The shorter the request the better. Give them all the info they need all at once. I wrote to them this weekend and they just wrote back to me a few minutes ago.
