Cannot Convert to SDK because channel is being published message?

Roku is sunsetting Direct Publisher and we need to convert our channels to SDK before Jan 2024!

I log in and go to my dashboard in my developer account and try to convert channels to SDK but get a message saying "Cannot Convert to SDK because channel is being published!" But the channels arer already published!

Anyone else have this issue?

This issue was found on my account for multiple channels!

Yes I emailed partner success and awaiten an answer!

    Hi there,
     
    Thank you for the videos! This was super helpful. We do see that the channels are in publishing status on our end which seem to be a bug. 
     
    Since we do not publish on Fridays, we can published all three channel updates on Monday so you can start the channel conversion process. 
     
    I will update this thread once the channel updates are published.

    • Channel Name:
    • Channel ID or Access Code:
    • Attach a sample channel or stream that shows the issues, including Steps to Reproduce.
    • Screenshot that shows and error with not allowing you to convert your channel to SDK.
