No audio/Stuttering error

I tried asking chatgpt how to fix the error No sound, Sound is jerky and it told me

Go to Settings > Audio and select “Stereo” or “Auto detect”

I tried both but it didn’t work. Do you have any way to fix it? I usually connect via HDMI

I hope everyone can help
