Bluetooth rugged mini speaker.
I was able to connect a ONN brand mini speaker to my router via Bluetooth but the sound on the TV is muted I believe because you have to use the headphones 🎧 option on your phone for the mini speak...

As advised by renojim​ in this thread, It's not possible to have audio output from your Roku TV and an external audio device—such as a speaker, headphones, or the Roku app's headphone mode—simultaneously.
When a Roku TV is connected to an external audio device, the TV's audio is muted, and the sound is directed to the external device.
