I did the logging out and signing back in, and it still won't let me watch age-restricted videos. I even uninstalled the app, restarted my Roku, and reinstalled the app. Still nothing.

Crystal, 

Can you view age restricted content if you log in to YouTube directly through a laptop or desktop? If so, then it may be tough to isolate the problem.  It might be insightful if you had a 2nd YouTube account that you could log in with to see whether you encountered the same problem or not.  Best wishes and good luck solving the problem.
