Will ESPN+ stream to Roku at TV and Phone simultaneously?

I have the ESPN+ app on my phone. I have installed Roku on TV. The ball game I want to watch plays on phone but on TV it displays that the game hasn’t started yet, Do I need to delete the phone app?
