USTVNow app Login Issue on Roku
I recently installed the USTVNow app through the web portal, and after a few minutes, it showed up on my device.
However, when I try to log in to my USTVNow account via the app on the Roku, it tells me that my credentials are incorrect. I use the same exact credentials to log in to my USTVNow account on their web portal without issue.
Is there anyone who has had success watching their USTVNow account via the Roku?
Any suggestions or insight are highly appreciated.
To follow up, I spoke to USTVNow tech support. They had to do a password reset on their end so that my password would work.
Afterwards, I had to un-install the USTVNOW.net app and install the USTVNow360 app. Logging in to the service from that app provided access to my USTVNow channels.
