If you have your own subscription, install and use the standalone Crunchyroll app. Services on The Roku Channel are ONLY accessible by subscribing through The Roku Channel.

The problem with that is that for some weird reason the RokuChannel version apparently has show(s), at least one anyway, that the standalone doesn't. Unfortunately it is one of my favorites too, "Ghost Hunt".(I haven't seen it since they took over Funimation and closed down its streaming service.)
Using the Search from the Roku main menu locates it, both the show and individual episodes, in the "Crunchyroll on RokuChannel" but even going through the entire catalogue of shows in the standalone Crunchyroll, in "A-to-Z" mode so I can be sure not to simply overlook it, fails to have it show up.

It's possible the show is no longer available and the Roku database is out of date, especially as it is both a new month and a new year. There have been similar problems with other shows.
Unless someone with a Crunchyroll subscription through TRC can verify, I would not consider it reliable.

You have to go to home and go up on all your apps, there should be an option to add an app. You click that and search crunchyroll and add the app, it should add it then you have to find it. Once you open it it should be the actual app and not the service and it will give you all the options now.
