Unable to get certain Apps to play

The last few days certain apps are not playing. I can get them to come up but not play. Can anyone help me? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that hasn’t helped.

    It sounds like some apps aren’t working on your Roku, and thanks for giving those troubleshooting steps a shot! 

    Consider trying these steps: Reset the network connection. Before you begin, make sure your Roku remote is working and have your Wi‑Fi password ready for a smooth troubleshooting process.

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select Advanced system settings
    4. Select Network connection reset
    5. Select Reset connection


    Once done, reconnect your Roku device to the internet and try accessing the apps.

  • Nlcoad​ I cannot say for certain as you have not specified which apps, but it is possible that the AWS issues that have been going on the last couple of days are affecting the apps you are trying to watch, depending on whether they are using AWS as part of their service.
