This Old House App Can't Sign In

Just replying to this thread to let others know this is still an ongoing problem. I haven't been able to log into my account since January 2025. The password reset link doesn't work (no matter which browser I use) - I never get an email. Contacting This Old House Insider customer service via email directly (through the email listed on the website the moderator linked to) has never gotten me a response other than the automatic "We have received your email" response. Calling into the This Old House Insider call center got me connected to a call center where no one is answering the phones - you can hear people talking in the background, but no one actually responds to you. I've finally initiated a dispute with my bank to effectively cancel the subscription, because I haven't found resolution any other way.
