Me too. Samsung Smart TV model UN70KU6300 from 2016. The Roku channel had worked fine for years but the Roku channel for the last week or so now says not available try again in a few minutes. Rebooted the TV, reset the TV nothing worked. YouTube, Hulu, etc works fine just a Roku problem.
My guess is the Tizenn browser is version 1.2 etc with no updates available. Some Google query said Tizenn versions 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 are needed for the Roku channel to work.
Our model is UN32J5500. 2017.
I didn't find any updates available per Samsung. TV says no new updates. Looks like it's the latest.
Just totally dead in the water with Roku.
I'm too cheap to buy a new TV just because Roku stopped working. Way too many DVDs to go through as well as Plex before I'm that hard up. 🤣

Samsung tv model #
Un60ku6300fxza
Tizen version #1260
It's the roku app downloaded not anything plugged into tv. Worked perfect until about a week or so ago hope this helps!

That's the same error message I see when I allow an on-demand request to time out.
I made a separate thread because I wasn't sure if you all were talking about the Roku app on your Samsung TV or something else:

Does any of that sound like what you are seeing? (No on-demand content and many Live channels showing a black screen)

SAMSUNG UN55JU6400FXZA built in app stopped working . I uninstalled the app. Reinstalled the app. I'm plugged modem. I'm plugged router. Restarted modem. Plugged in router and restarted. Plugged in the TV. The Wi-Fi. The Roku app comes on with purple page with Roku then it goes right to Temporary unavailable. 4 weeks now. I can get Roku on my cell phone through my internet. Roku on cell phone Can't find TV to connect. Even though it's on the same Wi-Fi.

Nothing plugged into the TV. Just using the app.
TV has been restarted, unplugged, modem restarted and unplugged - numerous times.
Just the standard message that Roku is temporarily unavailable, try back later.
There are no updates available for the TV.
In the USA. Zero problems until about a month before I posted initially.
I'm able to watch Plex with no problems.
Thanks.

Exact same issue here. Using the Roku app on a Samsung 65". Worked fine before but no longer works and I get the same message everyone else is reporting. Tried a chat session with Tech Support but they were of no assistance and did not seem to clearly understand the problem.
