The Roku Channel App on my home TV screen

Why does Roku have that weird graphic of a spaceship when I select the Roku Channel?  Please get rid of it!  It is distracting as it flies across my TV screen.  Bad idea and I do not know why it is there.

    Could you please let me know if an error code is displayed on the TV screen? I would also appreciate it if you could provide the serial number of your Roku TV.

In the meantime, could you please provide us with a photo of the TV screen when you saw the graphic? We would like to examine it more closely.

        Thank you for getting back with me. This is my Roku Television. I have had 3 Roku Televisions and seem to have the same issues. I try to do a factory reset but TV won't reset from when I first bought it. The applications that I do use even has the passwords set up after I do a factory reset. 

  • .Spaceship was fantastic and it didn’t go across the whole screen. Plus it only lasted 2 seconds. Loved it, but now it is gone. Please bring it back.
