The Roku Channel App on my home TV screen

    Could you please let me know if an error code is displayed on the TV screen? I would also appreciate it if you could provide the serial number of your Roku TV.

    Please be aware that if you reset your TV, it will erase your personal preferences, unlink your device from your Roku account, and reset all settings, returning your device to a state that is ready for initial setup.       Thank you for getting back with me. This is my Roku Television. I have had 3 Roku Televisions and seem to have the same issues. I try to do a factory reset but TV won't reset from when I first bought it. The applications that I do use even has the passwords set up after I do a factory reset.
