TCL TV will not play Netflix: UI-800-3 error

I bought a brand new TCL Roku TV and it will not play Netflix. It gives a ui-800-3 error. I’ve updated the TV and app, rebooted the TV, and rebooted my router many times already.

    Kindly follow these instructions to resolve this issue:

    1. Remove the Netflix channel from your Roku device.
